CBI Construction Services’ Dane Pemberton Named to Birmingham Business Journal’s
40 Under 40 Class of 2025

40 Under 40 honorees for 2025. This prestigious recognition celebrates outstanding young leaders in the Birmingham community who are making significant contributions to their
professions and the region.

Since joining CBI in 2022, Dane has played an integral role in driving the company’s growth, efficiency and innovation. His leadership in implementing cutting-edge technology, refining
processes and fostering team development has not only strengthened CBI’s operations but also positioned the company as an industry leader.
Dane’s impact extends beyond his professional accomplishments. He is an active mentor, industry leader and community servant. From participating in Habitat for Humanity builds to
leading large-scale local renovation projects and mentoring young professionals through peer-led groups, Dane exemplifies what it means to blend professional excellence with community
stewardship.

Dane’s career spans over 15 years in the construction and real estate industry. A graduate of Auburn University’s School of Building Science, he has overseen complex construction projects,
ranging from institutional facilities to commercial developments. Beyond his work at CBI, Dane is actively involved in advancing industry standards through mentorship and advisory roles with Auburn University, the Associated Builders & Contractors of Alabama and various professional
organizations.
