Our greatest responsibility is to send our team members and trade partners home safe every day. This is a fundamental value intertwined in our culture and decision-making at every level. On each of our projects, we work diligently to equip all personnel with the knowledge and tools that they need to effectively implement our company’s Safety & Health Policy.
To stay up to date on the latest safety trends and OSHA regulations, our team members and trade partners consistently undergo safety training from CBI’s Directors of Field Operations & Safety and attend training sessions administered by third-party safety consultants. In addition, our on-site construction teams administer the following procedures:
If a condition is observed that poses a potential threat to the safety or health of our team or trade partners, we will immediately correct it in accordance with OSHA standards and report it to our home office. We take great pride in the culture that we have created and look forward to continuing to take our “safety first” approach with us to other industry sectors as we continue to expand as a world-class general contracting firm.
